You retain ownership of the moments and content you submit to What If'd. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. AI-Generated Content

What If'd uses artificial intelligence to generate alternate scenario narratives based on your submissions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is fictional and speculative — it does not represent predictions, advice, or factual outcomes
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent and should not be relied upon for decision-making
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content
• AI-generated scenarios are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, delete your content after account termination.

6. Privacy

Your use of What If'd is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect and process information necessary to provide the service, including your account details and the content you submit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. DMCA / Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by emailing the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

8. Limitation of Liability

What If'd is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, content, or access to the service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of What If'd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service. Your continued use of What If'd after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
